SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at POPPON NAIL. We are excited to ship your POPPONs!
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
All domestic shipping within the US (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) is $4.99. For all orders over $49.99, your shipping is on us! Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
POPPON NAIL is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. (If the watermark seal is broken on the product, you will not be eligible for a return.)

The item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items will be refunded at the discounted price.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. (If the watermark seal is broken on the product, you will not be eligible for an exchange.)
